Holistic wealth is an abundance of health, safe and loving relationships, and the freedom to choose what we do with our time and energy. Holistic wealth is created through our mindset and our choices, and our skillset. The more proficient we are in that skill set, the better the results we can experience and help others experience, too.

Socially responsible wealth is created from lifestyle, business, and investment choices that leverage our power to contribute to the good of people, animals, and the planet; bring about needed social change, and profit financially while doing so.

Hi. I’m Sharon Burch, APRN, and I’ve been a successful holistic nurse entrepreneur and investor since 1984. During the COVID lockdown of 2020, it broke my heart to see nurses feeling that their only choices were to accept exploitative working conditions; accept a job with low wages compared to their level of education and experience, or leave the profession. 

In response, I was moved to begin sharing my experience in creating holistic wealth with as many nurses as I could. Now I’m on a mission to provide personalized business coaching, education, and tools that help nurses leverage their power to make the world a better place. 

While I was teaching my pilot program, the Nurses Business Incubator, I discovered a powerful business education system that was built on the same holistic concepts and ethics that I have used and trusted for the last 30+ years. This is important because, like learning to play a sport or an instrument, if you want to improve your skills, the first question your instructor will ask is “what level are you?”.
